ASTC Private Parties

Party Reservations at ASTC
One of the great perks about our club is the opportunity to plan your own private party on the grounds! We welcome members to celebrate with family and friends by taking advantage of reserving the pavilion, dance hall or patio.

Party Rules
• Reservations must be made for all parties 24 hours in advance.
• Members may book parties to be held during normal pool hours.
• Maximum number of guests: 25
• Each non-member guest charge: $3.
• Proper parental supervision of children is required.
• Members are responsible for cleaning up after their parties

No parties may be scheduled on Opening Day, Memorial Day, Fourth of July or Labor Day. The ASTC calendar keeps an up-to-date schedule of all private parties.
